SEN (Special Educational Needs)Support

We can support families throughout the EHCP assessment and funding, attending reviews as well as the tribunal appeals process. We can offer a full support package from the first draft of an EHCP through to this being taken up by the Local Authority. We can support with your child/young person’s right to have education even if this is to be undertaken through an EOTAS (Education other than at school) package (Children and Families Act 2014 (CFA) was drafted, and Section 61 of the 2014 Act 2014).

We understand that parents with a special needs child/young person should be able to access the right to provision for their child/young person’s needs and can offer assessments that can be used to challenge a Local Authorities decision making process, ensuring that the appropriate support is in place.

In addition, we can also undertake CHC (Continuing Healthcare) assessments ensuring that your child’s /young person’s health needs are met.
